Position: Property Consultant

Location: New Cairo

** MAX AGE: 27

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 5 days per week

Days Off: 2 days per week

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Responsibilities

* Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties.

* Present and explain available residential and commercial projects.

* Generate and follow up with leads through different channels.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

* Arrange and conduct property viewings and site visits.

* Stay updated with real estate market trends, projects, prices, and payment plans.

* Negotiate with clients and assist them throughout the sales process.

* Maintain accurate client information and follow up through the CRM system.

* Achieve individual and team sales targets.

* Provide a professional and high-quality client experience.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

* Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome.

* Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

* Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.

* Ambitious, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

* Good command of English is preferred.
