This Registered Manager opportunity sits with a growing supported living provider for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. With ambitious growth plans and continued investment in complex care, they're looking for a manager who wants real scope to build.

You'll lead five small specialist services across , with a new service and a clear brief to grow your area. This is a role for someone who sees the RM title as a starting point.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Director, you'll lead your services day to day and play a key part in growing them, including:

Acting as CQC Registered Manager for five supported living services across HertfordshireLeading team leaders and support staff to deliver safe, person-centred supportOverseeing packages from 1:1 to 3:1, keeping staffing, rotas and risk management consistentKeeping services inspection-ready through audits, care plans, safeguarding and incident oversightSupporting the opening of new services and the arrival of new people supportedGrowing your area towards 10 to 15 people supported alongside the DirectorHelping shape the structure and processes of a fast-growing organisation

Acting as CQC Registered Manager for five supported living services across Hertfordshire

Leading team leaders and support staff to deliver safe, person-centred support

Overseeing packages from 1:1 to 3:1, keeping staffing, rotas and risk management consistent

Keeping services inspection-ready through audits, care plans, safeguarding and incident oversight

Supporting the opening of new services and the arrival of new people supported

Growing your area towards 10 to 15 people supported alongside the Director

Helping shape the structure and processes of a fast-growing organisation

About You

Experience as a Registered Manager, or a Deputy Manager ready to register with CQCA background in supported living, learning disabilities, autism or complex careConfident overseeing packages with 2:1 staffing or higherA self-starter who can manage multiple services independently from day oneStrong working knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and the Mental Capacity ActFull UK driving licence and access to a car

Experience as a Registered Manager, or a Deputy Manager ready to register with CQC

A background in supported living, learning disabilities, autism or complex care

Confident overseeing packages with 2:1 staffing or higher

A self-starter who can manage multiple services independently from day one

Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and the Mental Capacity Act

Full UK driving licence and access to a car

Desirable (but not essential)

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or working towards)Experience opening new services or managing transitionsA track record of growing a service or working with commissioners on referrals
