Job Summary

Our client, a leading multi-specialty hospital group in Oman, is looking for an experienced Paediatric Neuropsychologist to provide comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessment and intervention for children and adolescents with developmental, behavioural, cognitive, learning, and neurological conditions. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience specifically in Paediatric Neuropsychology and should be able to independently conduct assessments, interpret findings, prepare clinical reports, and provide appropriate recommendations. This is an urgent requirement — and is aiming to close the position within 3–4 days and is prioritizing immediate joiners.

esponsibilities\n• Conduct comprehensive paediatric psychological and neuropsychological assessments for children

and adolescents.• Assess cognitive, developmental, emotional, behavioural, attention, memory, executive functioning, and lea

rning abilities.• Assess children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, and other neurolog

ical conditions.• Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological and neuropsychological a

ssessment tools.• Prepare detailed and clinically appropriate neuropsychological ass

essment reports.• Provide clinical recommendations and individualized intervention plans based on asse

ssment findings.• Conduct counselling and provide psychological support to children and their par

ents/caregivers.• Explain assessment results and recommendations clearly to parents

and caregivers.• Monitor patient progress and update intervention recommendati

ons as required.• Work closely with paediatricians, neurologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other multidisciplina

ry team members.• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and rehabili

tation planning.• Provide appropriate recommendations for educational and behavioural suppor

t when required.• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date

patient records.• Follow professional, ethical, and clinical standards in the delivery of psychol

gical services

.\nQualifications• Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from a recogn

ized university.• Additional specialization, certification, or formal training in Neuropsycholo

gy is preferred.• Valid professional license/registration as a Clinical Psychologist in the releva

erience & Skills• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Paediatric

Neuropsychology.• Hands-on Paediatric Neuropsychology experien

ce is mandatory.• Strong experience in paediatric psychological, developmental, cognitive, behavioural, and neuropsychologi

cal assessments.• Proven experience working with children with ASD, ADHD, developmental delays, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and neurolog

-writing skills.• Excellent communication and cou
