We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Service Receptionist to join a busy automotive aftersales operation in Walton-on-Thames. Applicants should have previous experience in a similar automotive customer-facing role, strong administration and computer skills, and the right to work in the UK.

OTE 45k+\n

Hours:

42 hours per week Monday to Friday 8:00am5:30pm, plus Saturday mornings 8:00am12:30pm on a rota

Service Advisor Role

Manage customer and workshop enquiries quickly and professionallyBuild strong customer relationships and manage expectationsProcess customer orders accurately and within required timescalesComplete aftersales administration accurately and efficientlySupport workshop vehicle health check processesReceive orders, process returns and assist with stock administrationAnswer customer calls and provide a high standard of customer service

Service Advisor Requirements
