Job Description:\n\n

Job Role: Plumber

Location: Kings College London – working across x3 campuses

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Start Date: Immediately

Duration: Permanent

Reporting Too: Engineering Manager

Skills Required:\n\n

Completed applicable apprenticeship and possess relevant Plumbing industry qualifications. Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environmentA continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industryProven technical knowledge of plumbing maintenance Ability to develop and be part of a team. Manage their own time, works and paperworkCapable of building long term relationships with clients both of existing and prospectivePositive attitude “can do will do”.Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site Commercially astute, driven to identify and generate additional works / salesProvide technical support to administration staff as required.\n\n

A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry

Proven technical knowledge of plumbing maintenance

Ability to develop and be part of a team. Manage their own time, works and paperwork

Capable of building long term relationships with clients both of existing and prospective

Positive attitude “can do will do”.

Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site

Commercially astute, driven to identify and generate additional works / sales

Provide technical support to administration staff as required.\n\n

Job Duties:\n\n

Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client siteComplete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk AssessmentsProvide Further works reports where requiredLiaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works requiredUpdate contract managers with relevant client or site informationInform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset managementCollecting parts from supplier or head office where applicableProvide weekly timesheet to office on a Monday\n\n

Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site

Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments

Provide Further works reports where required

Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required

Update contract managers with relevant client or site information

Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management

Collecting parts from supplier or head office where applicable

Provide weekly timesheet to office on a Monday\n\n
