\n Role Description
\n The Pricing Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining competitive and profitable freight rates for sea, air, and land shipments. This full-time, on-site role in Ras Al Khaimah involves analyzing cost structures, market trends, and carrier tariffs to prepare quotations for existing and potential clients. The role includes coordinating with sales, operations, and procurement teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely responses to inquiries and tenders. The Pricing Executive will maintain pricing databases, update rate sheets, and monitor margins and performance to support commercial decisions. Daily tasks also involve communicating with shipping lines, airlines, and transport partners, verifying surcharges and local charges, and contributing to pricing strategies that strengthen the company’s position in the market.\n

\n Qualifications
\n

Strong analytical and numerical skills, including experience with cost analysis, margin calculation, and rate comparison.
Knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics, particularly in sea, air, and land transport, including GCC routes and customs-related charges.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other pricing or ERP tools for data management, reporting, and quotation preparation.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with sales, operations, and external partners.
Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in pricing, freight forwarding, or logistics coordination is highly preferred.
Relevant academic background in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Ras Al Khaimah and demonstrate a proactive, results-oriented approach.
