The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in growing your specialist desk while delivering an outstanding recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.

You'll be responsible for:

Building strong relationships with schools, colleges and education providers.Developing new business opportunities and managing existing client accounts.Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality education professionals.Managing the full recruitment process from initial vacancy through to successful placement.Negotiating offers and providing expert recruitment advice to clients and candidates.Working towards achievable targets while contributing to the growth of the business.

What We're Looking For

1+ year previous recruitment experience (education recruitment is beneficial but not essential).A motivated, resilient and target-driven mindset.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Confidence in business development and winning new clients.A positive attitude and a desire to build a successful long-term career in recruitment.
