Role Description

\n The Sales Representative role at Fly Sama Logistics is a full-time, on-site position based in the United Arab Emirates. The Sales Representative will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing clients, and promote the company’s shipping, clearance, and transportation services. Daily activities include prospecting, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up on leads to close sales. The role also involves coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure accurate information, smooth shipment handling, and timely responses to client inquiries. The Sales Representative will monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to sales strategies that support revenue growth and long-term client retention.\n

Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
Knowledge of logistics, shipping, clearance, and transportation processes, or a strong interest in learning the industry.
Effective communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.
Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM or sales tracking systems.
Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a similar B2B sales environment is preferred.
Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
